Lyrical

Lyrical is a popular dance form which comprises of elements from Modern-Jazz and Classical Ballet.

It brings together a fusion of graceful flowing movements with that of strength and flexibility.

We work on encouraging self expression in this fun class as we learn to convey different feelings to music.
